ended up paying £30 more than what I had ordered as she added the toner without asking and got the colour all wrong
Possibly the worst customer service I've ever received, definitely the worst colour. Ended up with grey/silver/blue roots and warm blonde ends. The colour was so bad I had to pay for a colour correction at another salon two days later. Despite 2 emails of complaint, no attempt to resolve. When I called the salon I was told they didnt know who was dealing with my complaint and someone would call me back. As it has been 4 weeks and Im still waiting for a call back I unfortunately have no option but to leave a negative review. Would not recommend to anyone!
Got a good deal on this and there was an appointment the same day- have been to Manchester branch so I was hopeful. I arrived an hour early (my mistake) and the receptionist didn't notice until the stylist asked. Returned at the correct time and was not greeted... stylist wasn't very friendly (I still don't know her name) and didn't really listen to what I wanted. Caught my earring several times without comment and blow dried my hair straight without asking -while scratching and burning my scalp. Value for money but service was very poor.
I had my hair cut here last week after having booked the day before through Treatwell. I have curly hair and often end up leaving the hairdressers disappointed but I'm delighted to say that this wasn't the case this time. I love my new cut - my hair feels bouncy and light and booking through Treatwell meant that it was great value too. Thank you!
