I was extremely disappointed with the service. Getting your hair done should be an enjoyable pampering activity. I felt so uncomfortable during my visit there. The staff never spoke to me, no one asked if I wanted a drink or a magazine. I went for a wash and cut. The girl barely washed my hair and didn't put any effort into conditioning it. The haircut was alright but the service I would expect from somewhere like Super Cuts, not a salon in Didsbury. I would rather pay 3 times the amount than ever go back there.
