I booked a full head of highlights with olaplex, however, when the girl asked me (after putting my colour on) if I would like to buy a conditioning treatment, I realised this therefore would not have been pre added to the bleach as it should be and the condition on the my hair absolutely reflects that. Burnt. Dry. I then sat for half An hour waiting to have it dried before I go, but was told I have to do it myself. Never have I sat in a hairdressers and dried my own hair especially when I am the only client in there and all the girls are sat at reception. On a final check, the highlights hadn't event been done all the way to the roots, so I left the salon with a dry, singed frizzy head, with a black halo. Not worth the money I paid at all. I wont be returning due to the sheer embarassment of leaving a salon looking worse than I went in.
