Hair cut and colour by Hena and Caroline - both really lovely and friendly with great advice and made me feel comfortable and at ease for the very long appointment as I had to have it bleached, coloured, cut and blow dried. Very helpful staff who washed my hair and offered drinks and magazines. Thank you! I love the colour!

Bit of a weird experience. Wanted to try a new place in Didsbury and thought the prices were good value. The hairstylist spoke to me like I was a colourist myself and understood what she was talking about which was getting frustrating. That was about the last time she spoke to me for the duration of the appointment, which was equal parts awkward and boring. No clue what her name was. The colour looks alright but it's completely over bleached and dried out now so need to go get a conditioning treatment somewhere to fix it. I didn't need a fancy blow dry at the end but I was surprised when I was handed a hair dryer to rough dry it myself. Think I'll find somewhere a bit less transactional and cold next time.
