The stylist didn't do what I asked for. I asked for a bright red ombre ended up with a ginger ombre. I wanted my hair to be cut shoulder length but she only took an inch off and the cut was missing chunks. The water was cold when washing my hair. One of the stylists seemed "proud" that she was an alcoholic which made her client very nervous in cutting her hair. My friend who I was with had her hair done at the same time and her hair was worse than mine with very big chunks which were not cut and the the dye was completely wrong, it looked like she had highlights with roots. She ended having to go and get her hair redone elsewhere, she has also tried to contact the salon but they are ignoring her. The stylists were extremely rude to the trainees by shouting at them and accusing them of doing using all the dye when they didn't in front of the customers. My friend and I asked for expert stylists but we might as well come to the college salon and got one of the students to do our hair for 1/3 of the price and it probably would have been better. Very disappointed and disgusted in the staffs behaviour towards each other and their clients.
