Appointment was put forward by 1 hour due to staff sickness. I called in the morning to say I was running late and was told that they would only hold my appointment for 15 minutes. I thought this was bad customer service since they had originally changed the time. I also received an email from treatwell when I arrived (15 minutes late) saying I had missed my appointment. When I arrived no one asked what I would like but was told that she'd check my notes from last time. Whilst waiting for my highlights to develop the woman next to me started crying as her hair was not the colour she expected. This was obviously a bit stressful for everyone else in the salon. Wasn't an enjoyable experience, don't think id return.
The hairdressers was very skillful and experienced.My hairstyle was amazing!
