I was told conflicting information about when my booking was, and how long it was for. They said i booked it for 15 mins when I hadn’t, there is no option to book the appt for this duration, and is too quick for this treatment imo. The experience I here was generally a waste of time, thankfully it wasn’t long.

I arrived at 13:55 for my 14:00 appointment, there was no receptionist at the time so a member of staff told me to take a seat and said someone would be with me. The receptionist returned, saw me sat waiting but did not acknowledge me. After waiting 20 minutes I approached to ask if there was somewhere I could hang my soaking wet coat and she told me just to put it on the back of my chair. I then asked if she knew how much longer I would need to wait for my appointment. She asked my details and told me my booking wasn't in the system. She told me they were fully booked all day and this happens all the time. She then asked me to call their HQ then and there; I did, was put on hold and when I got to speak to someone she took my details and said her colleague would call me back. I have still not heard back from the salon or their HQ.
I understand that these things happen and I am fair to those working in customer service as I have been there myself but in this case the staff were completely unsympathetic and very unhelpful in an already frustrating situation.

I'd rate this zero if I could. Waited for 20 minutes until I was able to grab someone to ask about my appointment. I was told I wasn't booked in, even though I'd already pre paid for my appointment and had an appointment reminder email. The staff member was unhelpful and didn't even apologise, simply saying they were fully booked. I am still waiting to find out what happened with my appointment and I have not been refunded the money I paid for my treatment.
The therapist Treatwell booked me in with doesn’t work there anymore!!!! Have had to rearrange for another day as they couldn’t fit me in!

Never got done, double booked, saw other reviews stating they never got their treatment but didn’t think it would happen to me. Had already paid online and I haven’t received a refund. Absolutely appalled!
