They cancelled ten minutes before the appointment saying treatwell had made a mistake and they were fully booked all day. Treatwell showed appointments available all dayZ suspect it’s because it was a massage in a hair salon so they aren’t properly geared up for it. Who knows? Ten minutes notice is annoying though as I could have booked elsewhere

Get there and can hear an argument going on with another customer downstairs, apparently due to poor service. Speak to the woman and she asks if I’ve booked and I show her the confirmation email from Treatwell. She says I need a confirmation from “head office” and tries to hand me a phone number to ring so I can rebook for another time. Honestly, why be on the app if you don’t take the bookings?

I wasnt lucky enough to actually receive the treatment. Might be good - if you manage to get in! Unfortunately confirmation email, reminder and confirmation text is not enough to make the receptionist believe you have made an appointment
