Booked in for a deep tissue massage. It states on the website that you get an initial consultation and a postural analysis to see what parts of your body required attention.. non of the above was done.
I thought I’d explain anyway to the therapist what issues I had, these were taken on board and not much feedback given.
As the massage went on it just felt like a generic massage and not a deep tissue one, the service received was not the service stated in the website. Even though I’d explained my issues with my back, no specific attention was given to these areas.
The room in which it was done was brightly lit and not private as there was 2 big skylights above which were looked over by offices.
Overall I feel like I have been mis sold a treatment and will not be using this company again. This is a shame as the lady who carried out the treatment was very pleasant.

My visit was wonderful, I had a lovely facial & a relaxing massage. Only negative, the roof window means you are exposed to others who may be working in taller buildings to see in.

Absolutely fantastic massage, therapist was lovely. Room was small but very neat and tidy and I felt comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend and will certainly return.
