I’ve been a regular customer at PIED-DE-POULE Old Brompton for a long time, coming in about once a month for a Ukrainian manicure, and I’ve always enjoyed the quality of the treatment itself. However, the customer service has been consistently disappointing.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been kept waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, with no update, no explanation, and certainly no apology or gesture of goodwill. Today was particularly frustrating — I had to go up to the desk myself to
