I visited this salon for the first time and was truly impressed.
The interior is brand new and modern, the atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy, and the staff are friendly and polite.
The service is highly professional, the tools are perfectly sterile and hygiene standards are clearly taken seriously.
The pedicure specialist is very experienced and did everything with great care and quality.
I was completely satisfied with the result and I will be happy to return again. Highly recommend

Wow, I was lucky to have found such a wonderful day spa while on vacation in London. I first went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure; both technicians did a fabulous job! I was so impressed, that I went back the next day for a massage and a shampoo/blow dry; again, these two technicians were equally as fabulous! I typically stay at The Pelham hotel (15 Cromwell Pl) and Pied de Poule was less than a 5 min walk around the corner. I’m a very happy customer; HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!🥰

The salon is very nice but my nails are horrible it’s not the color I was asking for and the quality is very poor it looks like the gel from the nail is already falling off. I asked for nude but my nails are baby pink there is a big difference. And they look plastic. And the gel looks clumped instead of being smooth. I am very disappointed considering how nice the salon looked and the price I paid. Complete waste of money on something I didn’t even ask for. I hope this issue will be solved
