This appointment was initially booked with Demi who i found to be very blunt and not customer friendly. she had a cold approach so i switched to Amy who was lovely. Funnily demi was "extra" nice to the caucasian lady after me and made that clear.

Team were lovely, but haircut was not. Have sent emails to try & resolve, but weeks later no response so have to leave a review. Very wonky cut. Unblended ‘layers’. My moneypiece was inches longer on one side (couldn’t tell in salon as it was curled)
