Worst experience ever, aggressive stylist, so rough with my hair. No manners, no small talk, no introduction or drink offer. Nothing deluxe about the experience, not sure what I paid extra for.
From the moment I walked in excited to get my hair done I felt the hostility from Gavin. Don’t think he’s too fussed about clients returning, seen a few other reviews which are in line with my experience. Rough, aggressive. Awful. Wish I’d spoken up but something told me he wasn’t going to care/change.
