The salon was very clean and the staff was very welcoming. Hannah herself, came to me and informed that they were running 15-20 minutes behind. Next she was very considerate to cut my hair as the guidelines as I was donating it. She washed, applied the treatment and cut my hair to give me a fresh and a classy look.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Pickles & Co for almost two years. Even I moved to London and travel abroad so often, i always travel back to Birmingham just to have my hair done at Pickles Co. This is the only and the best hair salon to me. I love Helen’s work every time she brought something refreshing and new to my style yet always right to the point.

My personal experience was a total disappointment. I requested a subtle dark brown balayage. However, it ranged from blonde, caramel to a shade of brown with ginger highlights after 3 attempts with the toner to correct it. I had shown a picture to make it clear what I wanted and we also picked out the colour using the chart. Following my visit, I had to get a hair dye box to correct the ginger tones in my hair. So, the 150 I spent on the balayage has gone down the drain! Totally disappointed!
