I love how Gavin styled my hair. He did an amazing job and was very professional. However, during my visit, an entitled VIP client started shouting viciously at the staff. This made me feel very distressed. Additionally, when Gavin was applying bleach to my hair, he had to speak to the boss on the phone. No one has the right to shout at anyone, especially entitled Karens. I was surprised that nobody called the police. 10 Stars for Gavin and the rest of the Staff but 1 Star for the Salon owner.
