Nice welcome and cup of tea. Gavin was very friendly and took time to find out what I wanted. He did exactly as asked, a short pixie style cut and recommended silver shampoo to enhance my grey hair (I'd never heard of this before but have found it in Boots). A good experience, first time at Pickles, and I would go again.

Really nice experience and vibe in the salon. Staff were really great and attentive, took the time to listen and explain what she was going to do. Would definitely recommend!!
