Did have to wait an extra 25 minutes to be seen because they were running behind but the hairdresser was very attentive and I was a happy with the result

Staff were very helpful and encouraging - completely changed my hairstyle and was a litttle nervous at times about the change. They were extremely encouraging and paitient. Excellent value for money would definately return!

Nice little place, really lovely friendly staff!
My appointment was a little delayed as they were very busy, but I'm not surprised - I've never left the hairdressers completely satisfied and both times I've been here I have been! Can't fault it.

This place is great! The staff are incredibly friendly and the price is excellent. Definitely good value for money and I'd choose to come here again rather than going somewhere in the city centre which charges through the roof..
Not quite full marks because they could've done with another member of staff to answer calls, deal with other clients, etc. whilst attending to me.
That being said, I highly recommend this place!
