Janika was very friendly and professional, and made me feel very welcome and comfortable - this is rare for me as I have cerebral palsy and most hairdressers feel awkward/uncomfortable doing my hair. She treated me like a valued customer. They really went out of their way to ensure that I had a happy experience.

Loren was really talented and obviously very experienced - she understood exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure I would be happy with my hair - including giving me numerous hot drinks and a complimentary quick blow dry. She was very easy to talk to and good fun. The salon's atmosphere feels high quality and I really felt pampered. Will definitely return!

I cannot emphasise what an (another) amazing experience I had from start to finish! All the staff are friendly and fun, the salon is beautiful and spotless. Loren is supremely talented and is always a joy to visit! Really great value, fantastic customer service and the perfect pamper experience.Highly recommended to all - I personally will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much - absolutely loved my fabulous blow dry!
