My 6th time at Pickles and Co, Jenika is absolutely fantastic! She cuts, highlights and style/blow drys my hair perfectly!! I was a little annoyed this time as Helen double booked Jenika with a last minute phone call appointment whilst I was there having my hair highlighted. This meant it took Jenika over 3.5 hours to cut, do half head highlights and blow dry my hair. I cannot fault Jenika as she had not booked in this last minute appointment and did her very best in the situation. Helen was very inconsiderate and unprofessional to allow a last minute booking on the day to interfere with my appointment, given that I had pre booked my hair appointment 2 weeks in advance! This is the only negative I have to mention that due to a last minute appointment that Helen accepted, my hair appointment latest a lot longer than I had anticipated. It was a little awkward for me, Jenika and the other lady.

Everything went smoothly, I was asked to come in at least 48hrs earlier than the appointment at any time for a quick patch test. The appointment started on time and staff were really friendly. I struggle to know what I want and to communicate that, but the hairdresser was lovely and asked lots of questions and explained what she was doing.
The colour /balyage turned out really nice and natural as I wanted, and the cut was great too. Thank you!
