I arrived on time for my appointment but it started 20 minutes late. Unfortunately i)my chosen stylist was running late with a previous client and ii) I had to ask when she would become free. Happily I was given an alternative member of staff and finished at a similar time to that I was expecting.

Loved my haircut! Staff were very friendly and service was great! Styled my hair beautifully and lasted a lot longer than it normally does!
