Penny cut my hair and although she did a good job, it felt very rushed. She was with another client when I arrived but she was fairly quick to come over and ask what I wanted done. However when she began cutting she didn’t put the layers in that I had asked for and the haircut took about 20mins. A haircut has never been that quick in my life (my hair is very thick and long). Afterwards she did a great job of styling it and overall she was lovely and I’m happy with my hair. I just wish I had gotten what I’d asked for rather than just a quick trim
