Went in for a wash and blow dry. Clearly stylist didnt listen to what i wanted. When advised i wasnt happy with the final look her body language completely changed. She had a face on…went to moan about me to her colleague. Didnt even come to see if i was ok. Would never recommend to anyone!

Staff here are all lovely. They’re very knowledgeable and always do great work. I’ve been a few times and definitely will be back again!
