Really good, beside having to wait in front of the shop 15 minutes because the manager was late to open, and no one really apologise or anything, no one really acknowledged me or the other customer that was there until I was called for my appointment with 20 minutes delay

Lovely experience, treatment left hair looking and feeling silky smooth. Now the hard part....don’t do anything to it for 72 hours!! 😂
The description of the treatment mentions a straightening serum then a second blow dry, that part didn’t happen, not sure why. So far so good, Gavin said see how it goes and if I felt any areas needed another treatment I’m more than welcome to go back again and top it up.

Penny was lovely but when washing hair, make sure water doesn't go in the ear, very uncomfortable. Otherwise hair looks fresh
