This is the second time I've had Penny (with the first time having the balayage done a few months ago).
Penny is so welcoming and takes the time to listen to what I want in a hair style. She gave me her preference without being pushy and doesn't overcut like some stylists that I've had.
I don't trust anyone else now and she has become my favourite go to person to do my hair :-)
