Been going to p&c for years. Disappointed is an understatement. I can see I can only type 500 so I’ll make it very brief. Always loved my hair after going there this time round I feel as if I have to name the stylist who was Erin. I’m not a confrontational person I hate it however coming home after my experience honestly made me so upset. She gave off very cold vibes like I couldn’t mention anything. I gave her inspo pics& formulations, it looks like what I asked for. Came home ginger& brassy
