Amazing, friendly, helpful, I couldn’t ask for more. I made an error in my reservation which made Heather late for her next appointment. She was reassuring, her and the rest of the team all worked together and supported to get everyone's hair done. Gavin did a great job, he took what I was looking for, put his own spin on it and it turned out amazingly. Yet again, would highly recommend this salon. Love the fact that they are now using vegan products too!!

Unfortunately I’m not happy with my balayage as I showed the hairdresser a simple cool brown balayage but I’ve gotten weird strands of blond and green/yellow colour. My fringe was coloured when I didn’t ask for it. Dissatisfied with my needs not being met.
