Most awful hairdressing experience ever! Gavin Morgan is extremely rude. He spent less than 5 minutes washing my hair. Product was not massaged into my scalp. Used cheap ‘Insight volumising vegan range’. When he brushed my hair, he was being extremely aggressive and I could feel several of my strands being pulled out. I had to ask him many times to be more gentle. He used a flat brush instead of a round brush to dry so there wasn’t any volume in my hair-the absolute worse blowout I’ve ever had.

I couldn’t fault my first experience at Pickles & Co. The staff were all very friendly and professional and Gavin is a fantastic stylist. He cut my hair exactly as I want and also took the time to explain how I can style my hair myself at home. I will definitely be returning!
