It comes with a heavy heart to leave such a review. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years but will now not be going back. I say around for 4hrs during my treatment before being offered a drink by Demi(who is wonderful btw).Gavin was very unwelcoming and didn't speak to me through the whole treatment, 5.5 hrs and not a word. The intern nearly sent me to A&E, with the way she was brushing and washing my hair. I told Helen and she had nothing to say. Such a bad experience
