I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I feel I need to after my experience here, especially as I chose this salon based on the good reviews. I asked for 2 inches off the length and was shocked to see a lot more had been taken off, when I brought this up I was told that was what I asked for... it wasn’t. Regardless of this I still would have given an ok review, but when I later straightened my hair I found that my hair had been cut uneven, I have never had such an awful haircut!
