This was my first time having a massage with Carl and was a great experience. He listened to which areas needed focus and used a variety of techniques to help relieve tension in my back/shoulders. Very knowledgeable and a lovely environment.

I have very stiff back due to a long term injury. Carl assessed my mobility, stretched me, released tension and massaged my back after. He also gave me a short programme of exercises I can do regularly. I felt very much at ease because he was very friendly and professional.
