Mila was amazing. That was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and she gave me advice on where I was holding tension and how best to relieve it. Exactly what I needed!

The treatment room was wonderfully welcoming and Mila created a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. The massage was exactly what I needed after completing the West Highland Way. My legs and hips were very tight and a Combination of deep tissue and ice Massage really helped immediately and then The next day I was walking normally again. When I am next in Glasgow I will surely book in for another treatment. Many thanks!

This is my first time booking with Mila. Her treatment room was beautifully serene. Her massage was incredible, and without a doubt the best one I’ve had to date. I cannot emphasise enough how amazing mila is, so professional and welcoming. She worked her magic and I have never felt so relaxed and calm after a massage. She took the time to work on my stress points and as I’ve said she literally worked magic. I walked out of her treatment almost a new person. I would book again in a heartbeat

One of the- if not the best- massage I have ever had, taking into account I've never had cupping done before. Mila was really attentive and knowledgeable, and was able to pin point all my problem areas. I came away feeling 100% better so will 100% be back!

Mila did an amazing job, from explaining what she was going to do, and then helping me to focus on relaxing and breathing. The massage was excellent and she did a really good deep tissue that felt focused on what I needed. Best deep tissue I've had for a long time!
