Really great here and lovely lovely staff - only thing is a bit disconcerting being able to see out onto the road when you need to undress in one of the rooms.

My first experience at Phoenix was great, very calm atmosphere and genuine friendly people. Ali made me feel very relaxed and knew exactly what she was doing. My back felt a lot better after the massage and I hope to be back soon.
