I had a deep tissue massage with Gill and found it to be lovely and relaxing and calming. I definitely recommend this place as it has a wonderful calm feeling about it that's good for the soul, and as a social enterprise is a great way of helping yourself and others at the same time!
Very relaxing. Not been that relaxed in years, could've fallen asleep on the massage table for the night. Will definitely return..
The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go the extra mile to ensure that you feel relaxed and pampered. The venue has a lovely homely, atmosphere and I look forward to returning for another treatment very soon.
I have visited Phoenix on a couple of different occasions both before and after cycling sportives. I have really benefitted from the treatments given - more than I expected. The people also have a great attitude and I really like the fact that the money I pay for my treatment goes towards supporting people who have chronic health issues.
I booked a massage here and it was wonderful, my therapist suggested some Reiki treatment at the end and, even though I was sceptical, I agreed and couldn't believe how much better I felt afterwards!
Lovely place, I felt really relaxed and all the staff made me feel really at ease.
