Unfortunately my treatment never happened. I booked online and travelled into Leeds that day because I had the treatment booked. I received a phone call the morning of my treatment saying that the online booking system wasn't up to date so my appointment wasn't available after all. Pretty annoying as I could have chosen somewhere else or avoided the trip into Leeds. I won't be booking again when there are plenty of reliable places to choose from but it's a shame as this is a great initiative.

It was my first time at Phoenix and Well-being and my first pregnancy massage. The receptionist was very welcoming and the atmosphere was lovely too. Emma who did my massage was amazing and explained everything to me. I was so relaxed and enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back for another massage ☺️
