Emily was welcoming and professional: there was a bit of waiting but you're always offered a nice cuppa and the place is relaxed so it really didn't affect me much.
I'm going through a major hair loss period that's resulted in a lack in confidence. Emily kindly reassured me, addressed this issue and her sugestions and expertise definitely paid off resulting in a great color hair and cut!
