Absolutely fantastic hair-up appointment. Emily was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with how my hair looked! I wasn't sure what I was after, but Emily asked plenty of questions to make sure I got a perfect look to match my dress. Can't fault the salon at all - and would highly recommend. I will definitely be going back!

Made to feel so welcome, and was so glad I went to Phoenix as Emily was lovely and did my hair beautiful I was over the moon as it was my first time to go and have my hair done since having cancer treatment, and it was so special
