My first time here and can’t wait to go back. Sadie was exceptional not only in the massage itself but so caring and friendly and knowledgable.
The space is lovely (smells gorgeous!) and they have classes and other wellbeing offerings there.
It’s also in a great position to be able to go to Ouef next door for a post massage meal as a treat.

Phoenix Eco Spa is a gorgeous hidden retreat in the heart of Hove. From the moment you walk into the stylish interiors, you are made to feel welcome and instantly relaxed. Sadia is an absolute angel. She made me feel completely at ease and I immediately felt like I was in safe hands. Her magic hands worked wonders on my face. The whole experience felt like a real treat. My skin was glowing afterwards and looked sculpted. I’m definitely going back!

I had a really lovely facial at Phoenix Eco Spa Hove. Sadia is very knowledgeable about skin health and very professional. I work out a lot and am exposed to the elements quite a bit so my skin needed some professional care and Sadia helped me understand my skin type better and gave some really helpful aftercare tips as well as general tips to keep my skin hydrated. The overall experience was very relaxing, just what I needed.
