The doorbell did not work so I was stood waiting at the door for a short while as it was locked. Took her a while to find my appointment that was scheduled and just generally made it feel that my attendance at the appointment was an inconvenience for her, stand up tanning bed was fine, no complaints about that, did the job it needed to
