We rebooked due to weather conditions initially as one beautician couldn't make it in. All staff are welcoming and polite. We enjoyed the experience overall but was very disappointed in what we received as an Indian head massage.
We felt it was mainly a back massage, if we would have known this before we wouldn't have booked it. Although the ladies were accommodating we felt obligated to go along with it. We don't usually visit salons for treatments and had read the description several times to ensure we would feel comfortable but unfortunately it did not match it and that is the reason for the low review. We didn't expect to undress and my companion didn't relax throughout because of it.
I was also expecting the full treatment to be 45 minutes not just my appointment slot. With waiting for the beautician and undressing I was only being massaged for 30 minutes. But again I don't visit salons often so that could be the norm.
Very easy experience. Booked for an appointment the next day. Dani was lovely and helpful. I'll definitely go back.
