Shop was closed with no phone call to tell me meaning I wasted time and money attending my appointment. Also had to cancel my other appointment as didn't get my required patch test. Unprofessional.
Not the easiest place to find and a pretty dodgy entrance to shared stairs but once inside the salon could not fault it so don’t be out off!
