I didn’t receive what I requested. I specifically asked for nails that were the same length and almond-shaped, but instead received shorter, round-shaped nails. Additionally, I had to closely monitor the entire process because there was lint in the polish and on my nails, which was not properly removed

Zinc is very professional and her massage is one the best I had in London. She a strong technique and checks regularly for pressure. The receptionist was nice and welcoming and the rooms were clean and well decorated.
