Avoid at all cost. Awful.
The worst experience I have ever had. I am literally feeling sad and shocked about it. I have never been treated this way. I’m getting pedicures and manicures regularly but the place I usually go to had no spots for today so had to find an alternative.
Pedicure: every single one of my nails had a different shape. Just horrible. So I asked if she could try to even things out and make them look the same at least.
I had also booked a manicure, and asked for French, they said ok, then they said no only regular colour and finally they refused to finish it saying “sorry we took too long for your pedicure, we don’t have time to finish your hands now”, they even refused to do at least the cuticules! (Cause I asked if at least I could have a finished manicure without polish, but no, literally had to leave with my hands looking horrible, cause yes, even the removal was very badly done, leaving my nails full with scratches)
Still shocked about what just happened.

Very good experience. I just rated a bit lower on “value” as the refill was expensive by Australian standards but I know everything in London is expensive. The young lady who did my nails did an excellent job, and it was obvious she wanted me to be satisfied with the treatment and I was- she did a great job.
