The nail technician was late and grumpy. She barely talked but seemed to be being told off by her two colleagues about how she was doing my nails. Part way through filing, another colleague took over with no explanation. This was not the relaxing experience for I had been looking forward to. The gel manicure was not as thick and strong as normal and several nails broke in the first few days. The nails are not painted to the cuticle either and the thumbs are wonky!
