Whilst the end results are great, the therapist was rather rough and both my fingers and toes were bleeding after the cuticle work which has never happened to me before. Hopefully just a once off!

The overall experience was fantastic- the massage, dead skin removal, foot bath and staff were delightful. However, I got a few cuts during the cuticle treatment (which she was very apologetic for!), and I’ve also since noticed a few nails where the polish isn’t all the way to the edge.
