My friend and I decided to get our nails (gel manicure) done to celebrate her birthday and had a wonderful experience! There were bottles of iced water with lemon and we were also immediately brought hot water with lemon (could have been a tea, my tastebuds aren't very refined!). The staff were lovely and friendly. The lady who did my nails had a very calming presence. I was really impressed by their attention to detail. Quality of the manicures were fantastic! The hand massage was also great!

After my nails had faded sooner than expected, Ann insisted that they be redone even though I was only booked in for a removal. It’s small touches like this exceptional service that has made me choose this place time and time again!
