Fantastic experience, just like the first time! The end product was gorgeous gel nails and a happy customer. Great care was taken throughout and I was consulted to ensure I liked the shape, and colour I had chosen.

When I walked in the women at the top (they aren’t from the nail bar) were pretty short and not welcoming which was a bad start. The women in the nail bar were nice and they gave me tea and water without me asking. The ambience wasn’t great for quite some time it was just me and the two girls who spoke to each other in another language occasionally which I always dislike. They were pleasant to me though and it was a much much better atmosphere than a lot of nail bars where their aim is just to get you in and then out. The nail appt itself was good - what I would expect from a shellac manicure but what you so often don’t get. It didn’t feel rushed, the girl took her time and often asked me if I was happy with what she was doing which I was. They also did not scrimp on the gel varnish and did 3 coats so there was really good coverage. There was a lovely massage and hot cloth at the end. The only thing is the nail polish did not go to the edges of my nails which is something else I find really frustrating ! Overall I would recommend a visit but it didn’t quite do enough to become my staple nail bar and I will continue searching for somewhere I feel super comfortable in.
