My last visit was perfect. This one was not. I had to ask three times for rounded nails. She did them square & didn’t hear me. I had to ask for the polish to be redone because she left a gap from the cuticle and looked gross when she tried to correct it. Instead of tuning out and listening to music, I was feeling tense and double checking everything. To her credit she did redo it when asked. I may go again but will request a different technician next time.
