I didn’t mention my bandaged hand which was painful as I wanted to see how mindful and considerate she would be, and she did exactly that. Super impressed by the unspoken consideration she had as I was nervous about it, everyone was so lovely. had my fair share of bad customer service at a nail bar and it ruins the whole experience. Even good nails won’t make me want to come back but their customer service was a breath of fresh air, plus my nails were fab! Thank you so much!
