I was gifted a Treatwell voucher for my birthday. I was looking forward to my pedicure at this nail salon. They described this as a relaxing and pampering experience, I did not receive this type of service they claimed to offer. Got to the salon, was treated different to the other clients - it seemed they were regulars The woman doing my pedicure paid no attention to me rushed my entire pedicure spent no time massing my sore/tired feet she did not have steady hands painting. Worst pedicure ever

Cathy is super friendly and paid a lot attention to my nails - very neat. My thumb has chipped in less than a week but it might be because of the break that Cathy tried to fix with a bit of powder. Will be back regardless :)

I have been going to The Petite Nail Bar in Pimlico for a few years, but only just returned post-pandemic. The ladies are really delightful and welcoming, and every aesthetician I have had has been skilled. They take a lot of care with their manicures, and regardless of whether you are having a simple file and polish or something more complex they never rush. Always good value for money - a hidden gem.
