I went in for a dry cut, wanting a quick trim to remove some damaged split ends.
Peter did not use any heat protectant before using hair straighteners.
I politely told Peter that there was no heat protectant in my hair, but he proceeded anyway and talked about how he doesnt think it should be used on dry hair....
Regardless of his beliefs in when to apply heat protectant, he should have applied some as it was what I, the customer, asked for.
In hindsight, I should have walked out and left.
